Congratulations to Tom & Chris Gehrmann! They are building a custom ranch in the village of Deforest, WI. Their home will include a master suite with two walk-in closets, large kitchen with an island, pantry and double ovens, gas fireplace in the great room, rear deck, two other bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, mudroom with benches, laundry room, a front covered porch and a 3 car garage.
