Steve & Sarah Summers are building a ranch style home in the Westbridge subdivision in Waunakee, WI. Their home will have an open concept living space with built-in shelves in their great room, wood flooring throughout, walk-in closets, 3-season porch with an attached deck, a finished basement with a bar and a separate theater room. The Summers’ home will also include a 4 car garage, an exercise room, an office, a mudroom with separate laundry space and a large master suite. It can’t get much better than that!
