Need to say this. I really appreciate your guy, that was left to clean up. I noticed that a plastic food container blew from my neighbors garbage into the back yard. Later, I went outside to see how it looked after day 3...there was the guy picking up and I noticed the food container was not up against the tree in the back yard. It was in his wheelbarrow with the other garbage from the construction that was in the yard. That is impressive! He did not just clean up the stuff from construction, he went the extra mile. Villa Bath Repairs: When repairing the tub area in 103d.Classic Custom homes found the outside wall in the tub area lacked insulation (pictures are available). It was insulated by CCH at no charge to the homeowner. All units that have been repaired are being thoroughly cleaned by CCH by a cleaning team. Another example of CCH going above and beyond when working on these units. Tim Lahey will be meeting with CCH (Bryan Sipple) next week to go over staining, caulking and log issues that have been noticed over the last few months'''. A big thank you to CCH for taking ownership of this project. John

Bryan, I was all set to call you today once I had a minute...and the next time I looked at the clock it was 6 pm...I got there at 6AM :( BUT you or the folks that work for you made my day! This morning when I left for work the sprinkler was shooting straight into the sky...the one next to the cement that was replaced yesterday. I was GOSH dangit; I had to replace 2 that Alltimit broke when they put in the sod a couple weeks ago! This is getting expensive and I didn't break anything, I was going to call you and see if you could get the cement guys to fix what they broke! When I got home tonight I saw they had removed the cement forms by the walk....as I looked closer it looked like the sprinkler head had been replaced. NO I thought, would they really care enough to come back and fix what they broke? I had to turn the sprinkler on to find out and sure enough it was working like new! Stuff happens and I don't like to complain but sometimes you feel like you need to speak up. Which I intended to do because I had just paid to replace all of these sprinkler heads over there...and then some more when Alltimitt broke 2 of them. I can't tell you how nice it is to work with people that take responsibility for what they do and just make it right. You have always been about that, even when you and I haven't seen eye to eye. The subs you have, have always been about that (except for the electrical company, maybe). Your word and commitment mean something and that matters. Thank you for making my day! That's what I like...
Every time I turn on the lights or look at the dehumidifier or turn off the 2nd cooler in the basement or plug in a battery to be charged....outlet handily located inside the cabinets in the kitchen...I could go on and on.
Every time I do one of these things I am thankful your attitude was always...."it is the right thing to do" Many of these "little" features would not have been incorporated into the home had you added cost plus markup plus "hassle charge" or if you had the attitude of the electrical was already bid. These little things help to truly make this a home.
Or the fact you agreed with me about the electrical box and siding outside; you did not have to agree to fix for us, but you looked at it and determined it is the right thing to do. Or the fact that you did not have to get involved in the Geo issue with Joe; it wasn't your issue, but you helped to get things rolling towards getting it done right.

Bryan’s knowledge and experience is unsurpassed, and you will not find another builder who pays more attention to detail and quality than CCH. I can honestly say that working with you has been a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Schedule: Every appointment that was made was kept and all work was completed on time. In fact, the job was completed about one week early.
Workmanship: From the time we broke ground through all of the finishing touches, all work was completed professionally. The level of pride that CCH takes in their work was exceptional and was extremely refreshing to be around.
Integrity: Obviously honesty and integrity are qualities you pride yourself on. Every promise you made was kept; every commitment was honored. The original contract price was only exceeded by items we, the owners, decided to include during construction.
Responsiveness: You were more than willing to accommodate any request for changes that we inquired about and suggestions you made were extremely helpful and definitely improved our original plans.

My experience of building a home with Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee has exceeded my expectations.
I had been looking at existing homes in the Madison area and as far north as Portage. I always walked away feeling empty and wondering if I would ever have a place that I would be proud to call home. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would be able to build. Being a single person, my number one goal was to stay within a budget. Bryan made sure that this goal was accomplished.
Bryan and I chose four different plans. After reviewing my “wish list” of things that I wanted in my house, Bryan and I decided on a plan that would fit my needs on all levels.
From the start, I was treated with respect. Bryan together with the guys in the field, sub-contractors, financing lender and office staff provided outstanding service. Bryan’s team was attentive to my concerns and kept me informed during the whole process.
I believe that in today’s economy we are flooded with sales pitches however the true test is service after the sale. I can unconditionally say that this has been equally impressive. They arrived when they said they would, did what had to be done to my satisfaction and left. The end result is a beautiful new home that fits my lifestyle and more importantly it is affordable and my own.
To this day my decision to use Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee has been re-affirmed time and time again that it was the right choice. When I am ready to finish my lower level, Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee will be my builder of choice.
